ABSTRACT DRAWING

Picture
3/30/2017 Students begin the abstract painting project! Ms. Johnson began the session with a discussion on 'What is Abstract Art?' then showed students a short cartoon about how some artists have created abstract works. Next, students were given a variety of stencils and found objects to trace to begin creating their own abstract masterpieces. Next week students will color and frame their work.
